I've been eating here since they first opened around 2017-2018, and I can't get enough of the Nanjing Jianbing!! The owner Jackson is such an awesome, laid back guy...he really pours his heart and soul into the food!! There is no other flavor like it that is around here (that I've tried at least). It's kind of like Szechuan, but not. If you like Chinese/Japanese/Szechuan - then you're going to LOVE Bing King!!
10/10 on flavor, execution, and value. First five and I will be back. I got the #2, savory, with Pork Belly. It's a light, well-made egg wrap with lettuce, crunchy wonton, spring onion and cilantro. Only Improvement would be for the guys to REALLY listen to customer's order/preferences. Y'all got the spice-level wrong and forgot my drink but it was not a problem for me. Only wish both my food tiems weren't so spicy.
Amazing food! Generous portions! Jackson was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding us to the perfect lunch on our first visit. The Chinese donut Youtiao in the wrap changed my life. The Szechuan peppercorn on the fries were on point! We will definitely be back and recommend this spot to everyone we know!
Absolutely amazing street food, hands down one of the best food trucks in Lane County! These guys are awesome, if you have not tried it please, do yourself a favor and grab a meal to go!
Bing King is probably partly responsible for rising housing costs in Eugene. :) Who wouldn’t want to live here after having the #1 with pork belly? Fresh, unique flavors textures and freshness. Kind, enthusiastic service. I asked them to hook me up. A good move. I can’t wait to go back!
Such an amazing meal. When I ate it the clouds parted and Eddie Huang, Martin Yan, and Guy Fieri appeard in the sky nodding with approval. I dove in head first. Wontons, pickled mustard greens and pork belly. It was delightlfully spicy and savory. Unique and flavor blasted me right back in my seat.
Bing King’s number 2 Old St Original Jianbing is a must-try! The preparation was impressively quick, and the taste did not disappoint. Each bite was delicious, capturing authentic flavors and textures. Highly recommended for a tasty and efficient meal on the go.
